``Study of Factors Influencing Consumer Choices Among Health Plans and Clinicians'' This study will use an experimental design to determine factors that influence consumer understanding and use of performance information to select among health plans and clinicians. Performance reports on health plans and individual providers have become increasingly available in recent years, but there is little evidence regarding how consumers understand and use different types of performance information to make choices.
