Less Sleep Linked to Greater Risk of Falling in Elderly Women
Women who are aged 70 years and older who sleep 5 hours or less per night may be more likely to experience falls than those who sleep more than 7 to 8 hours per night, according to the results of a study reported in the September 8 issue of the Archives of Internal Medicine.
