Application in Acquiring Specially Adapted Housing or Special Home Adaptation Grant
Veterans with service-connected disability complete VA form 26-4555 to apply for assistance in acquiring specially adapted housing or the special home adaptation grant. VA uses the data collected to determine the veteran's eligibility.
