H.R. 7067: Hospital Quality Measure Development

September 25, 2008 - Introduced by Rep. Jason Altmire [D-PA] and referred to House Committee on Ways and Means. The bill will amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to expand the development of quality measures for inpatient hospital services, to implement a performance-based payment methodology for the provision of such services under the Medicare Program, and for other purposes.
