H.R. 7095: ‘Comprehensive Long-Term Care Support Act of 2008’
September 25, 2008 - introduced by Rep. Stephanie Herseth Sandlin [D-SD] and referred to House Education and Labor Committee.
The bill will amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow individuals a deduction for qualified long-term care insurance premiums, a credit for individuals who care for those with long-term care needs, and for other purposes.
