Obama Tries to Sell Health Reform to the Elderly & Insured - Health Blog - WSJ
By Jacob Goldstein - A day after President Obama told a group of religious leaders that there’s a moral imperative to cover the uninsured, he turned his attention to a tougher crowd: People who have insurance already and, in particular, the elderly who are covered by Medicare.
Obama was speaking to a roomful of supporters, but many of his comments aimed to persuade those who are ambivalent toward or opposed to his health care plans. He called the status quo “unsustainable.”
