Medicare Update: CBO Scores Chairman's Mark of America's Healthy Future Act of 2009

In anticipation of the Senate Finance Committee's vote on the Chairman's Mark of the America's Healthy Future Act of 2009, the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) and Joint Committee on Taxation (JCT) have released their preliminary analysis of the chairman's mark (as amended and clarified).
