This webinar is available to all Aging Network administrators and staff. It provides a brief overview of consumer direction: comparisons to traditional services, and research results; but, the majority of the content focuses on the use of consumer direction in current aging network programs. A panel of aging network staff and a consumer will discuss their experiences with consumer direction, common challenges and solutions, and the current status of their programs.

The webinar will also tour helpful websites and electronic resources. A comprehensive Resource Guide filled with additional tools and detailed information is available to accompany the webinar.
