National Resource Center on LGBT Aging Seeks Input from the Public

The National Resource Center on LGBT Aging is conducting a survey to gather input from a wide range of people on the website it is creating.  The site will provide educational information, training, and technical assistance to organizations and LGBT older adults on a variety of important issues related to LGBT aging.  The Center is the first federally-funded entity to address the needs of LGBT older adults.  Given this historic importance, your input to the design of the website is critical.  The information you provide will be used to help determine what content to include and how effective the Center is in reaching its intended audiences.  Your answers will be anonymous and will not be linked to you in any way.  However, if you wish to be contacted in the future, there will be an optional question at the end of the survey where you may provide contact information.

The deadline for completing the survey is February 6, 2011.  To access the survey, please go to https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/lgbtagingcenter

The National Resource Center on LGBT Aging is a nationwide program of Services and Advocacy for GLBT Elders (SAGE) and ten partner organizations (American Society on Aging; Brookdale Center for Healthy Aging and Longevity, Hunter College; CenterLink; FORGE Transgender Aging Network; GRIOT Circle; The LGBT Aging Project; National Association of Area Agencies on Aging; National Council on Aging’s National Institute of Senior Centers; Openhouse; and PHI).

If you have any questions about the survey, please send an e-mail to: info@lgbtagingcenter.org

The Center thanks you for your time and valuable input.
