CMS State Medicaid Directors Letter # 10-008 issued last Thursday, May 20, 2010, entitled "Re: Community Living Initiative," which reminded states of their obligations to implement the Olmstead decision, reported on recent progress made as a part of the Community Living Initiative and highlighted resources and guidance to help states in their compliance efforts.
